Delaware rent increase notice

Delaware landlords must give at least 60 days’ notice before raising the rent on a month-to-month tenancy. There’s no statewide rent control.

Notice: At least 60 days’ written notice before the agreement expires to renew with changed terms, including rent; the tenant accepts unless they give notice of termination at least 45 days before the term ends.
Rent control: No statewide rent control, and no state statute preempting local rent control was found.
