- Rent must be at least 7 days in arrears. Paying the full amount before the 7-day notice expires voids it.
- Lease violations
- A 7-day notice applies only to listed causes such as substantial damage, nuisance or violation of law; otherwise a tenancy at will needs a 30-day notice.
