- Before filing, the landlord must give a 10-day written notice of intent to file on the Judiciary’s form (§ 8-401(c)).
- Lease violations
- 30 days’ written notice of the violation; 14 days if the breach poses a clear and imminent danger of serious harm (§ 8-402.1). Week-to-week is 21 days if there is no written lease.
