- Same 3-day notice to quit for violating the renter’s statutory duties or lease requirements; no statutory cure period. No statute sets notice to end a month-to-month tenancy (the 30-day figure is the state courts’ guidance of ‘a full month’s notice’); the tenant’s notice and weekly tenancies are left to the lease.
