Indiana law sets no dollar or percentage cap on late fees and no required grace period, so your lease sets the terms.

Grace period: No statutory grace period.
Limits on the fee: No statute caps late fees; the lease governs. Local governments may not regulate landlord fees (Ind. Code § 32-31-1-20).
