- 3 days (three consecutive 24-hour periods) after written notice of nonpayment and intent to terminate; add 2 days if the notice is mailed.
- Lease violations
- Tenant has 14 days to remedy a material noncompliance, and the agreement ends no sooner than 30 days after notice; a similar later breach allows a 30-day notice without a cure right. Month-to-month notice must end on a rent-paying date; service members with military orders need give only 15 days.
