- 14-day notice to quit. A tenant at will may cure within 10 days of receiving it, unless they got a similar notice in the past 12 months (§ 12). A lease tenant may cure by the answer date (§ 11).

- No statutory notice period for lease violations; lease terms govern. A tenancy at will ends on notice equal to the rental period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
