- Written notice that the rental agreement ends if rent is not paid within 3 days (§ 89-8-13(5)).
- Lease violations
- 14-day notice; the tenant may cure within a reasonable time, up to 14 days. A repeat within 6 months allows a 14-day notice with no cure.
