No statute sets a rent-increase notice period. Month-to-month tenancies can be ended with 30 days’ notice before a rental date (§ 76-1437).
Rent control
Local rent control is prohibited (Neb. Rev. Stat. § 13-331, LB 266 of 2025), except inclusionary-housing rules and voluntary programs.
