- At least 14 days’ actual notice; the tenancy does not end if the tenant pays all rent due through the end of the rental period before the termination date.

- 30 days for breach of a material term; 14 days for criminal activity, illegal drug activity, or violence threatening other residents. Landlord no-cause figures (no written agreement): 60 days (90 days after two years’ residence), 21 days for weekly rent. The tenant gives one rental period’s notice (shown for monthly rent).
