Minnesota landlord entry notice

Minnesota landlords must give at least 24 hours’ notice before entering your home, except in an emergency.

The rule: Good-faith notice of at least 24 hours, for a reasonable business purpose. Entry is allowed 8 a.m.–8 p.m. unless otherwise agreed; emergencies are excepted.
