- 10-day notice (served no sooner than the 8th day of the rental period) or 13-day notice (no sooner than the 5th day); 72 hours for week-to-week tenancies.
- Lease violations
- 30-day notice for cause; a curable violation must be given at least 14 days to cure. Landlord figure: after the first year of occupancy, a landlord may end a month-to-month tenancy only for tenant cause or a qualifying landlord reason (90 days); during the first year, 30 days without cause.
